EAT YOUR LENTILS

Lentils are considered superfoods, rich in amino acids and proteins. There are so many vitamins and minerals in it but in special zinc and biotin.

IMPORTANT MINERALS

Zinc and selenium are important minerals for healthy hair and the lack of it can imply in hair loss and dandruff. These minerals work as antioxidants that help to prevent further damage, but also helps to oxygenate the roots. You do not need to eat too much of these minerals and you can easily find through Brazilian nuts, eggs and chicken.

INCLUDE OMEGA 3

Omega 3 is rich in fatty acids protect our hair and help in the growth. It works as an anti-inflammatory, which is one of the reasons why people have hair loss problem. The lack of omega 3 can cause rough and dry hair too. As soon as you start including omega 3 in your diet you will notice a big difference, so try to get it from walnuts, flaxseed oil and fish.

ADD SOME SPINACH

Spinach is very good for our health. It is rich in antioxidants and helps to accelerate hair growth and makes your scalp healthier. Spinach is rich in iron so make sure you add some vitamin C like lemon when consuming it to make sure iron is well absorbed by your organism.

VITAMINA A TO ENCOURAGE GROWTH

This vitamin is essential to grow the body cells and very important for the hair too. It is not easily found in foods and that is why some people take as a supplement, just have to be careful in not exceeding as vitamin A is not easily flushed out from the body. Good sources are carrots, fish, eggs and liver.

VITAMIN C ALWAYS

It helps to strength the hair due to its high antioxidant content. Vitamin C also helps to produce more collagen and when the hair has enough it becomes healthier and more elastic. Any vitamin rich in antioxidants will reduce the damage in your hair and increase oxygenation in the roots. Have citrus fruits, potato, broccolis to get this vitamin.

DO NOT FORGET THE BIOTIN

Unfortunately our body does not retain vitamin B in the body and it is easily expelled, so we need to get it from our diets to make sure our hair stays healthy. Biotin is responsible for the thickness and if your hair is too thin and your nails too brittle, then it is a good idea to include biotin in your diet. You can find it in egg yolks, lentils, peanuts and mushrooms.

MORE HAIR MASKS

Hydrate your hair always, swap your conventional hair conditioner for hair masks. Hair masks are much more concentrated and loaded with vitamins and oils essential for good looking hair. Also, use hair products that are ideal for your hair type.

DRINK MORE WATER

Include more water in your routine, it is not only going to make your hair grow better but your skin will thank you too. Water helps to transport nutrients to all organs making sure everything works perfectly.

DETANGLE IT RIGHT

Do not use any comb or any brush, choose one that is appropriate for your hair type or detangle it using your fingers. You will avoid hair breakage and hair loss by doing that. The best time to do this is while in the shower with your hair wet.

SPF HAIR PRODUCTS

Choose a good styling cream which contain SPF in the composition. It does make a big difference as it will protect your hair from further damage, color fading and dryness.

HAIR TOOLS

Avoid all hair tools like hot irons, hair dryers or any other that can damage your hair, it will make the hair weaker and more fragile.

AVOID HAIR CHEMICALS

If you do highlights or coloring on your hair, try to reduce the frequency you go to the hairdresser as these chemicals are not so good for your hair and it also makes it weaker avoiding faster growth.
